Private equity firm Graphite Capital has agreed the sale of its stake in London’s Groucho Club to a group of investors, among them Alcuin Capital Partners.
Graphite’s interest in the Groucho Club dates back to 2006. The sale comes as the fund nears maturity, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
The Groucho Club is looking to expand its presence to New York, and is searching for a suitable property in Manhattan.
