Great Bear takes Prologis shed

Great Bear has leased the final 153,000 sq ft of space at Prologis Park in Kettering.

The third-party logistics provider is understood to be paying around £4.50/sq ft.

The site includes an existing 123,000 sq ft building, which will be extended by 30,000 sq ft subject to planning consent being awarded.

Prologis UK managing director Andrew Griffiths said: “With this agreement, all available space at Prologis Park Kettering has been let.

“The 123,000 sq ft facility was the last building in our UK development portfolio and this is now fully leased.”

David Williams, managing director at Great Bear, said: “We needed a new facility at short notice and Prologis has been able to provide an excellent solution within a tight timeframe.”

Budworth Hardcastle and Burbage Realty represented Prologis; Legat Owen acted for Great Bear.
