Greek boutique hotel brand Ergon House is to make its UK debut in London’s Covent Garden.
Shaftesbury Capital has secured a deal to with the operator to take around 20,000 sq ft at 26 King Street, WC2. The grade II listed building, which was formerly a Carluccio’s restaurant, has under a recent refurbishment.
Ergon House will comprise 20 bedrooms, plus a 2,220 sq ft rooftop restaurant with al fresco terrace. It is scheduled to open next year.
