Green Property is weighing up its options including taking the company private.
It is also looking at splitting the company into two between its English and Irish assets. Other forms of capital restructuring are also being mooted. A decision is expected within the next few weeks.
The Dublin-based company has retail developments in Ireland and industrial property in south-east England and offices in west London. It is considering going private because of the large discount to net asset value at which its shares are trading.
