Developer Carisbrooke has won consent for a 1m sq ft (92,900 sq m) business park on a 64-acre (25.9ha) site at Haverhill in East Anglia.
To be known as Haverhill Business Park, the mixed-use development will comprise warehouses, offices, R&D space, a roadside restaurant, a petrol station and a hotel.
Carter Jonas and Rumsey & Partners are joint letting agents. Frank Shaw Associates is the scheme’s architect.
Haverhill is located 16 miles from Cambridge.
