Plans for St James Group’s £43m Thames-side residential scheme in Brentford have been approved by Hounslow council.
St James Group obtained outline planning permission in 2001 for the 353-flat scheme on the former Thames Water reservoir site.
Detailed plans were submitted in mid-September after consultation with English Heritage, Historic Royal Palaces and Kew Gardens.
The scheme, designed by Assael Architects, includes 30% affordable housing
