Pilgrim Homes has secured planning permission for a £5m Leicester care village.
Pilgrim Gardens will include 31 assisted living flats, all of which have full wheelchair access, across two acres.
Planning permission for the scheme, designed by PRP, was granted by Leicester city council. Pilgrim Homes intends to begin construction shortly.
Clare Cameron, associate director at PRP, said: “We focused on creating spacious, flexible homes for residents, while all communal areas are easy to navigate and maximise natural light.”
