Aviva Investors has been granted permission to add a further 126,271 sq ft of logistics space at the Swan Valley Business Park in Northamptonshire.
The asset manager will extend its logistics space at the south-western corner of the 2m sq ft business park.
The extra space will be delivered as either one or two logistics units, with car and HGV parking on site.
Carlsberg, Morrisons, Levi’s and the Royal Mail are also occupiers at the business park.
Montagu Evans advised the asset manager on the extension. Lambert Smith Hampton and Avison Young are the leasing agents on the scheme.
Aviva Investors real estate and fund manager John Osborn said: “The Swan Valley facility is an important logistics site in our portfolio.
“The opportunity to bring forward the land as either one or two units provides us with the flexibility to continue developing the site in a way that best suits the market requirements.”
