London Legacy Development Corporation’s planning committee has approved plans for 120 homes and 21,500 sq ft of office space on Fish Island, E3.
The £30m development, called Monier Road West, was designed by Hawkins\Brown and BD Landscape on behalf of City and Suburban.
Phil Catcheside, partner at Hawkins\Brown, said: “It’s great to be involved with this project where we are building on the special character of this area, with all its vibrant energy, and helping to create a new vision for it as a fully connected part of London.”
