TJ Morris has won planning approval for its 270,000 sq ft warehouse in Liverpool.
The parent company of the Home Bargains discount store chain will build the distribution warehouse on G-Park – a 25 acre site near the M57.
TJ Morris also has plans to open a 700,000 sq ft centre in Wiltshire to boost operations in the south.
