One Housing Group’s proposals for a 52-bed care home in Tottenham, N17, have been approved.
Haringey council has given the green light for the developer to build the scheme on land between 17 and 34 Pretoria Road that was previously part of the Middlesex university campus.
The PRP Architects-designed proposals include a restaurant.
