Lynton Development and Scottish Widows Investment Partnership have been granted planning permission for a Tesco.com shed in Crawley.
Crawley borough council has granted permission for a 120,000 sq ft home shopping warehouse at Manor Royal business park to be used by Tesco.com.
Tony Fletcher, corporate affairs manager at Tesco, said: “The Tesco warehouse will serve a large part of south west London and Sussex to support our online grocery shopping and delivery service.
“It will help ease pressure on local stores to improve both the shopping experience for customers visiting them and for customers receiving home delivery.”
