Antringham Developments and Brackley Property Developments have been granted outline planning consent for a 200,000 sq ft industrial development in Walsall.
Reedswood Park, which is located on Junction 10 of the M6, will comprise units for sale or to let ranging from 10,000 sq ft to 200,000 sq ft on a 10-acre site.
Lambert Smith Hampton and Fisher German have been appointed as agents.
