Burton Property Trust have been granted outline planning consent for a 245,000-sq ft (net) shopping centre on the Cromwell Road car park site in Redhill, Surrey.
Included in the plans are a 75,000-sq ft store and 38 shops with parking for 760 cars. The designs by Leslie Jones use the natural slope of the site to create street entrances on both the High Street and Station Road sides of the development, allowing trade on two levels.
