Independent retail and leisure agency Green & Partners has picked up another new hire from Clifton Agency, with Alex Murray joining the team.
Murray joined Clifton in August last year from CBRE, where he was an associate director in the investor advisory and occupiers team. His departure from Clifton to Green & Partners follows that of Ben Simpson, who joined the business earlier this month as an equity partner.
Simpson was a co-founder of Clifton Advisory alongside Jim Remfry.
At Green & Partners, Murray will leverage his expertise in leasing and professional services to provide insight and technical due diligence on investment transactions.
Simpson said: “Having worked closely together for seven years, it is great to have Alex back in the team.
“His breadth of experience and diversity of skills across investment, agency and lease advisory disciplines will enhance our existing market leading service.”
Prior to CBRE, Murray worked at niche retail specialist CWM alongside Simpson. CWM was bought by CBRE in early 2022.
