Green & Partners recruits new equity partner

Independent retail and leisure agency Green & Partners has expanded its team with the appointment of a new equity partner. Ben Simpson joins from Clifton Agency where he was co-head of its national capital markets team. At Green & Partners, Simpson will join the investment team, working alongside fellow partners Ed Smith and David Freeman. He will provide advice on commercial sales and investment acquisitions to clients across the UK, while expanding the company’s activity in central London. Prior to Clifton Agency, Simpson worked at CWM for 14 years as an equity partner in its in-town investment team. Simpson said Green & Partners’ market-leading agency and lease advisory teams and the ability to offer clients informed advice throughout an asset’s lifecycle were a “key drivers” behind his move to the business. Smith and Freeman added that Simpson’s investment expertise would be “invaluable” as it grows the business and broadens its client base.
