Green Property is planning to sell its prime Setanta building, one of the Irish governments main offices in Dublin, for £53m.
It has received a number of offers for the 120,000 sq ft (11,150 sq m) Nassau Street building, with 100,000 sq ft of offices and 20,000 sq ft of shops, most of which is let as the Kilkenny Shop, an upmarket crafts and clothes store that is on the Dublin tourist trail.
