Green Property has leased two units at its Treforest Industrial park, South Wales, covering 75,000 sq ft (6,967 sq m).
Cars4U has signed for the two buildings in a deal which forms part of a £5m investment by the used car supermarket headed by local businessman Frank Gallo.
The larger of the two buildings – a 65,459 sq ft (6,081 sq m) unit – is fetching £250,000 pa, while the smaller, 9,795 sq ft (909 sq m) unit has achieved £47,500 pa.
Mark Hirons, of agent Hirons, Morgan & Yapp, said: “As Cardiff becomes more congested, the accessibility and variety of property available on business parks like Treforest will become increasingly popular and attractive to both local and national organisations.”
Irish concern Green Property owns properties in excess of ¬2bn in both the UK and Ireland.
