Green REIT has applied for the admission of just over 4m new shares as full settlement of the performance fee agreed with investment manager Green Property REIT Ventures.
Application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of 4,007,197 ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the company.
Trading in the new ordinary shares is expected on 5 October taking Green REIT to a total of 694,354,902 ordinary shares in issue.
