Green REIT has secured two lettings totalling 55,300 sq ft at Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, bringing the office park up to full occupancy.
Sage Hibernia has taken 45,200 sq ft of space in Block G on a 20-year lease with first break at the end of year seven and a rent-free period of 14 months.
Mastercard Ireland has 10,100 sq ft of space in Block C with a three-year term. Both occupiers are paying €25 (£18) per sq ft.
In addition, completion of a new 147,000 sq ft office block on the site is expected in December 2016.
Ronan Webster, asset management director at Green Property REIT Ventures Limited, said: “Since acquiring the property in March 2014 we have now successfully secured lettings for all of the remaining space at Central Park, concluding a successful leasing programme in conjunction with our agents, CBRE and Knight Frank.”
