Green Property has sold the India Building in Liverpool for £17m.
The Grade II listed property in the office district was sold to Shelborn Asset Management.
The 10-storey, 500,000 sq ft block has a barrel vaulted retail arcade on the ground floor.
The site has been in Green’s possession since 2009 and has seen considerable asset management in the intervening period. Tenants include DLA Piper, Colliers International and Citizens Advice Bureau.
