Ballymore and Ecoworld are beginning marketing the Wardian London development near Canary Wharf, due to be completed in 2019.
The development comprises two towers, the tallest being 55 storeys. Prices for the 624 apartments start at £395,000, rising to £2m for penthouses.
Green space will be a key feature of the development. Each apartment will have its own sky garden, the lobby will have sunken gardens and the rooftop bar will include tropical plants. The swimming pool will be set in a tropical environment.
