Hotel and pub operator Greenalls is set to raise &163;23m by selling four of its de Vere hotels to Sarova and Britannia.
Sarova is to acquire three three-star hotels in Gerards Cross, Buckinghamshire; Malvern, Worcestershire and Stafford for about &163;16m. Britannia, the privately-owned hotel group, is to buy a four-star De Vere hotel in Coventry.
