Greenalls is reported to be about to announce it is buying Dunston Hallhotel and golf course near Norwich for about £15m.
The hotel has 72 rooms.
It is said to be one of six golf-based hotels Greenalls is targetingin an attempt to expands its De Vere Hotels division.
