Greenalls has secured consent for a 98-bedroom Village Leisure Hotel on Arlington’s Coventry Business Park.
The site is close to the A45 within two miles of Coventry centre. Construction is expected to start later this year, with the hotel ready for opening by 2000.
This will be Greenalls’ eleventh Village Hotel.
Coventry Business Park now has about 92,900 sq m (1m sq ft) let or sold to a variety of occupiers including Zurich Insurance and Unipart.
Jim Johnston, sales director of Arlington Property Developments said: “The addition of the hotel to the tenant mix is a welcome boost to the occupiers, to the park and to the surrounding area.”
GVA Grimley and Strutt & Parker acted for Arlington, while Greenalls represented themselves with assistance from Chesterton.
