Greenland Group has achieved planning consent for phase three of the £600m Ram Quarter development, SW18.
The Chinese property developer will deliver 50 new homes, office and workshop space and public realm works as part of the third phase of the residential, retail and leisure scheme. As part of phase one, the original Ram Brewery site is being converted into a heritage centre and microbrewery and 338 flats are being delivered. Phase one is due to complete in Q4 2017.
Once completed, the scheme will deliver 663 homes and circa 100,000 sq ft of commercial space.
