Knight Dragon owner Henry Cheng Kar-Shun’s Greenmark Enterprises has taken full ownership of Pinnacle Regeneration Group.
Greenmark Enterprises has bought 46% of the company’s ordinary shares held by UK Pacific Partners, Savills and the Employee Benefit Trust giving Greenmark Enterprises. This means that, alongside its associate New Hampshire Limited, Greenmark now has full ownership of the company.
Greenmark is owned by Hong Kong conglomerate CTF Enterprises, which is owned by the Cheng family. Company chairman Cheng, who topped Estates Gazette’s Rich List last year, also owns Knight Dragon Ltd, which bought Quintain Estates & Developments’ remaining 40% interest in Greenwich Peninsula Regeneration Limited in November 2013, giving Knight Dragon 100% ownership.
Cheng has now been appointed chairman of Pinnacle.
