GreenResi, a real estate technology firm launched by former Immo director Anna Clare Harper, is looking to raise £50m for its first investment platform, targeting the private rented sector.
The investor will acquire rental homes from landlords in the regions and upgrade EPC ratings to C and above.
GreenResi has partnered with operator Ascend to manage its portfolio.
The investor is looking to raise funds from institutional capital sources, as well as gain government grants.
Harper launched GreenResi in 2023 with chief technology officer Duncan Careless, who created the platform’s software, which helps landlords manage their portfolios and properties. Harper said she launched GreenResi in a bid to professionalise and decarbonise existing homes.
Harper was previously a director at Immo, prior to which she held strategy consulting and M&A roles at Deloitte UK.
