Greenwich will get 181 new homes as part of a student village, a Travelodge, boutique hotel, shops and leisure space.
Willmott Dixon’s Regen development division will build the homes in a £60m contract that forms part of south east London’s The Movement project by Cathedral Group and Development Securities.
