Jenefer Greenwood, Grosvenor’s retail strategist, has been made a Crown Estate Commissioner, Greenwood will become a non-executive member of the Crown Estate board. Roger Bright, chief executive of the Crown Estate, said: “Her appointment reflects the growing emphasis we place on our core values of commercialism; integrity and stewardship, and the direction in which the Estate is moving. Her knowledge of retail will be of particular relevance in taking forward our plans for the redevelopment of Regent Street.” Greenwood has also been head of retail at CB Hillier Parker and is a past president of the BCSC.
