Greycoat appoints CBRE veteran as new chairman

Greycoat Real Estate has appointed CBRE veteran Adrian Bunnis as its new chairman.

Bunnis spent more than 38 years as an executive director of CBRE, from its days as St Quintin to its evolution into one of the biggest property consultancies in the world.

He brings a wealth of experience to the central London developer and asset manager, having led the central London development consultancy and development management arm of CBRE, advising on schemes such as the 300,000 sq ft Angel Court, EC2, 420,000 sq ft 10 Fenchurch Street, EC3, and 400,000 sq ft Crown Place, EC2.

The firm said the appointment also confirmed its commitment to the London market, where it is carrying out a number of refurbishments and repositioning of assets including Possession House at 55 Ludgate Hill, EC4, Vinters Place, EC4, and the 300,000 sq ft Minster Building, EC3.
