Greycoat boss asked executive to cover up affair and sack his lover

Greycoat Real Estate’s chief executive has been accused of asking one of his executives to cover up his affair with a secretary and then, when she became pregnant, to sack her.

The revelations came as part of an employment tribunal around the departure of Anna Prior, who became Greycoat’s first female partner in 2018.

Prior told the business she was pregnant in 2020 – and after a dispute over her future role, did not return from maternity leave.

She brought claims of sex discrimination and harassment over boss Nick Millican’s alleged behaviour during his affair with her own personal assistant.

However, the tribunal has dismissed her claims, in part because they had not been brought within the legal time limit, and because it ruled she had been a willing participant in advising on the affair.
