Greycoat and an affiliate of Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing have sold the 229,000 sq ft Premier Place, EC2, to an international investor.
The nine-storey former Royal Bank of Scotland office at 7 Devonshire Square has recently undergone a refurbishment and is fully let.
EG revealed in 2018 that financial trading firm Jane Street prelet 145,000 sq ft on the ground to fifth floors, and in May 2019 law firm Squire Patton Boggs signed for 61,000 sq ft on the top three floors.
Guide rents for the office space were understood to have been in excess of £60 per sq ft.
There are also three retail units on the ground floor.
CBRE acted for the buyer; Cushman & Wakefield acted for the seller.
