Greystar and Henderson Park’s joint venture has put two build-to-rent schemes in London up for sale, and are looking for a total of over £325m for the pair.
The jv has appointed Savills to find buyers for the schemes, which are the Ten Degrees tower in Croydon, south London, and the Equipment Works in Walthamstow, E17.
Ten Degrees was built by Tide Construction. It comprises two towers of 38 storeys and 44 storeys.
Works on Ten Degrees completed in 2021. It includes roof gardens at the top of each tower, a podium-level sun lounge, panoramic viewing galleries, gyms, residents’ lounge, and private dining and event rooms.
Its homes are sold for rent on a variety of different tenures including affordable housing, London living rent, rental discounts and open-market rates. Greystar is managing the flats with an onsite team.
Equipment Works at 2 Vanguard Way, Walthamstow, comprises 257 BTR homes. Construction also completed in 2021.
