Griffin UK Logistics Fund has bought Wellesbourne Distribution Park in the West Midlands for £43.6m.
Owner Barwood Capital and JP Morgan sold the property, which is located near junction 15 of the M40. In total the park covers 585,000 sq ft over 72.4 acres.
Major tenants include Amethyst Group, Aston Martin Lagonda and CEVA Logistics.
DTRE advised Barwood and JP Morgan; Gulf was represented by Rosebrook Property.
