Grind & Co bumps up plans

Soho-GrindGrind & Co is on the hunt for at least 10 sites in the next year.

The coffee, music and cocktail operator is seeking units of 2,000-3,000 sq ft with unique architectural features across London. The firm recently signed a 15-year lease for a 2,000 sq ft HQ at 8-10 New North Place, EC2.

It has also opened branches at 42 Maiden Lane, WC2, and 34 Royal Exchange, EC3, and signed for 2,000 sq ft at 2-4 Old Street, EC1.

Grind & Co will seek the space itself but has instructed Thrings as its legal adviser.
