Grosvenor confirms first tenant for 65 Davies Street

Grosvenor has confirmed that Hayfin has signed for two floors of its landmark office development at 65 Davies Street, W1.

As broken by EG in October, the European alternative asset management firm was looking to take around 23,000 sq ft of offices in the building. It will now occupy the fourth and fifth floors, taking 22,885 sq ft.

The company is the first to officially take space in the building, which is located over the newly opened Elizabeth Line, Bond Street station’s western ticket hall.

The landmark development totals 67,568 sq ft of offices and is due to complete in September this year.

Headline rents at the site are expected to be in the region of £180 per sq ft, depending on the floor.

The building, in London’s Mayfair, is targeting BREEAM Excellent and WiredScore Platinum ratings.

Knight Frank and JLL are advising Grosvenor; CBRE is representing Hayfin.
