Grosvenor Europe has appointed lease consultancy start-up 360Retail to its 2.7m sq ft development Liverpool One.
360Retail was started by former CBRE senior director Peter Wrigley, who spent almost 16 years at the agent, most recently leading the shopping centre lease consultancy.
Liverpool One comprises more than 200 shops, 500 homes, three hotels, 25 restaurants, a cinema, three offices and a public park.
Wrigley has been involved with Liverpool One since 2010, providing leasing advice and guiding rent reviews and lease expiry programmes on retail, restaurants and leisure assets.
The appointment follows CBRE’s instruction on the retail leasing and Savills on f&B, both working with Metis Real Estate.
