The letting of Festival Square has been completed by Grosvenor.
The square contains the restaurant component of its £300m Festival Place retail and leisure scheme in Basingstoke.
The company has signed South African group TH Restaurant for a 5,200 sq ft (439 sq m) unit.
Other tenants include Tootsies, Burger King, JD Wetherspoon and Poppadom Express.
The units are let at around £25 per sq ft (£269 per sq m). CB Hillier Parker and Davis Coffer Lyons are the letting agents.
