Grosvenor Fund Management has extended the life of its London Office Fund. Investors have voted for the fund, which was due to expire in 2012, to be extended until 2017. The £400m core risk vehicle was established in 1999 to invest in prime central London office assets. Its portfolio currently comprises four West End assets – Belgrave House, 40 Grosvenor Place, Almack House and 10 Grosvenor Street – totalling 650,000 sq ft of office space.
