Grosvenor Group is planning a £500m build-to-rent development of 1,500 homes in southeast London.
The development, on a 12-acre site in Bermondsey, will comprise 11 blocks of flats, the highest being 25 storeys.
The homes will be targeted at low- and middle-income tenants, with some available at discounted rents.
The mixed-use scheme is expected to support 2,500 jobs once complete
The site holds hybrid planning consent for 1,493 homes, 475 hotel beds and 31,000 sq ft of commercial space
