Luxury apart-hotel Grosvenor House Suites on Park Lane, W1, is to be put up for sale by its Kuwaiti owners.
The owners, including Adeem Investment, which acquired the apart-hotel in 2006, are understood to have appointed Savills to find a buyer for the 133 suites valued at £400m.
It is operated by Jumeriah Living, part of the Jumeriah Hotels and Resorts group.
A spokesman for Jumeriah declined to comment as did Savills. Adeem Investment has been contacted for comment.
