Grosvenor Land Holdings (GLH) is buying a 29.26% stake in AIM-listed company Property Internet (PI) for £535,000.
PI owns 08004homes.com, an online estate agent which closed last October.
GLH’s Phil Edmonds, Douglas Blausten and Simon Blausten will join PI’s board.
GLH is buying 23.54% of PI from Commonwealth Bank of Australia and 5.72% from PI’s chairman and finance director, Neil McLure and Jon Hale.
