Developer Grosvenor has revealed new details of the residential element of its Liverpool One scheme, ahead of a launch event tonight.
The 326-unit scheme, which overlooks the 5-acre park area at the centre of Liverpool One, has been named One Park West.
The tallest part of the scheme rises 17 storeys and is designed by architect Cesar Pelli.
Grosvenor has decided to develop the scheme itself rather than bringing in a specialist residential developer as partner.
The scheme is expected to be completed by 2009.
King Sturge is selling agent for One Park West.
