Grosvenor Shopping Centre Fund has agreed a handful of lettings at its Eastgate shopping centre in Inverness.

Attic has agreed to take 2,000 sq ft, Card Factory has acquired a 2,000 sq ft store and Stormfront, which sells Apple products, is to open a 2,250 sq ft shop.

The lettings follow the openings of Topshop’s 8,500 sq ft store and independent fashion label Ness’s 750 sq ft shop.

Eric Young & Co acted for Topshop; CB Richard Ellis represented Attic; Fawley Watson Booth advised Card Factory; and Gunn & Co acted for Ness.
