Grosvenor has received planning approval for the redevelopment of 35 -37 Elizabeth Street, SW1, in Belgravia.

Westminster City Council, in its first virtual planning committee meeting, gave consent to the redevelopment of a former Natwest bank and derelict building on the corner of Elizabeth Street into four flats, a retail unit at ground level and restaurant.

The scheme, designed by Moxley Architects, will also feature a living green roof.
