The strong leasing activity reflects Grosvenor’s asset and placemaking strategy, as it progresses plans to invest approximately £1.3bn in London over the next 10 years.
Joanna Lea, retail director, Grosvenor, said: “We’ve been actively broadening the dining offer across our London portfolio, so it’s fantastic to see ambitious operators choosing Mayfair and Belgravia to grow their brands. It reflects the strength of our neighbourhoods and the long-term partnerships we’ve built with occupiers who are expanding, evolving, and continuing to thrive in our spaces.”
