Grosvenor takes the biscuit on Red Nose Day

Staff were having their cake and eating it at Grosvenor Estates’ head office as part of a day of solid fundraising in aid of Comic Relief.

Between meetings managing director Stephen Musgrave and financial director Richard Handley donned red boiler suits and sold cakes and doughnuts around the office, while elsewhere executives dressed up as charwomen, cleaning computer screens for extortionate amounts.

“It was just great fun to dress up and sell buns to the masses,” said Musgrave. “There are so many events going on around the building. We’ve had raffles, executive cleaners, fancy dress – and everyone has given something for charity. It’s just a great excuse to have fun and play the fool.

“All the proceeds are going to charity. I think we will have raised quite a lot, somewhere in the thousands, by the end of the day,” he said.
