Grosvenor has revealed plans for its £100m E3 business park on the site of the former Scottish & Newcastle distribution facility on South Gyle Broadway, Edinburgh.
Plans include three office buildings totalling 230,000 sq ft, designed by architect Stephen Limbrick Associates, built around a new landscaped square.
The first phase, a 100,000 sq ft building, will be speculative and is expected to be completed by the end of 2004. DTZ is advising Grosvenor.
