Grosvenor and USS have signed five fashion retailers for their Grand Arcade shopping development in Cambridge.
Three of the signings, LK Bennett, Fraser Hart and Swarovski are new to the city, with Warehouse and Phase Eight already represented in Cambridge.
Between them, the five have taken around 11,300 sq ft of the 450,000 sq ft shopping centre.
Grosvenor says 23 of Grand Arcade’s 52 shop units, totalling 367,000 sq ft, are now exchanged with an additional 31,000 sq ft in 15 units in solicitor’s hands.
The scheme is now around 80% let ahead of its 27 March opening date.
It is anchored by a 255,000 sq ft John Lewis store which opened for trading last November.
